In June 2021, Urban&Civic were appointed as master developer partner for Hertfordshire County Council’s Baldock North Urban Extension project. Urban&Civic will work in partnership with the County Council to deliver up to around 3,300 homes and supporting infrastructure, including schools and a country park. Urban&Civic will prepare a new planning application for the site to deliver a scheme that integrates with the existing town of Baldock.
