The Annual Report and Accounts for 2016 has been posted to Urban&Civic shareholders and is now available on our website which has been updated to coincide with publication.
Urban&Civic was established seven years ago to help meet housing demand through the accelerated development of strategic sites within major transport corridors. The Company is now the recognised leader as Master Developer in large site delivery. The expectation is that the rapid pace of growth achieved to date will be maintained, not least because of the current Government emphasis on new settlements.
We have introduced a number of new online features, as part of our continuing commitment to provide clear and transparent information about the way we run our business, including a 2016 Key Highlights video.
