Urban&Civic have been awarded ‘Deal of the Year’ at the 2015 Property Awards for their 2014 reverse takeover of Terrace Hill combined with a capital raise of £170m and public listing.
Urban&Civic Managing Director Robin Butler collected the award on behalf of the group and said;
“We’re really pleased that the judges identified with the bold and innovative approach we took with the Terrace Hill deal. Recognition within the industry is one of the best accolades you can get and I’d like to thank our team and all the advisors who worked so hard to make the deal happen.”
This year’s celebrations at Grosvenor House was the 20th annual Property Awards. The awards reward individuals and companies across 19 categories who have significantly impacted the property market over the past year.
