Following the announcement on 28 April 2014 of the successful fund raising and the passing of the resolution to approve the acquisition of Urban&Civic on 14 May 2014, the company was admitted to the main market of the London Stock Exchange for trading on 22 May 2014 and changed its name to Urban&Civic plc.
