Why is there a need for Master Developers and what differentiates Urban&Civic from a housebuilder?

The role of an effective Master Developer is to take project responsibility, in our case, from conception all the way through its implementation. The Urban&Civic model is designed to enable our housebuilder customers to outsource site-wide planning and external environment considerations, to allow them to concentrate better on construction and marketing.

With eight large scale sites in delivery, we are constantly learning and evolving best practice which we implement across our portfolio and incorporate into the design and planning for our emerging sites. The consistency of approach can be illustrated across a wide range of themes including schools, design, heritage, landscape and community facilities.
